<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To express an optional object through the use of an irregular mesh by repeating the removing operation of a flowing control point with a worst image plotting state and operation of dividing a supporting area removed a central control point into a polygonal mesh based on generated rectangular mesh data. SOLUTION: A rectangular mesh forming device 20 divides the whole image including the object into grids, and a regular triangle mesh forming device 31 within an irregular mesh forming part 30 divides each rectangular mesh in a diagonal direction into a regular triangle mesh through the use of received rectangular mesh data. An energy computer 32 outputs a calculated energy difference value to a control point remover 33 in the form corresponding to each flowing control point, the remover 33 removes a flowing control point corresponding to a minimum energy value, and a mesh data reconstituting device 34 divides a supporting area removed a central flowing control point into a triangle mesh concerning triangle mesh data.</p> |
