The thermotransfer foil for coating the curved surface consists of polyvinyl chloride resin layer (1) ; release layer (2) containing releasing component resin, cellulose acetate and organic solvent ; protective primer layer (3) containing nitrocellulose ; and printing layer (4) containing urethane resin, pigment and organic solvent. The manufacturing process for the coating foil comprises (A) pasting releasing agent on the PVC sheet ; (B) pasting protective primer agent on the release layer ; (C) curing the film in the atmosphere for 24 hrs ; printing protective primer layer in the printing ink.
