The antifreezing solution having an improved foam property, hard water stabilities and water pollution was prepared. The antifreezing solution is composed of 90-96 wt.% of ethylene glycol, 0.08-0.60 wt.% of sodium metasilicate in 1l H2O, 0.01-0.03 wt.% of organic silane, 0.02-0.70 wt.% of nitrate, 0.02-0.90 wt.% of ammonium molybdate, 0.05-2.0 wt.% of borate, 0.01-0.3 wt.% of toritriazolate, 0.01-0.1 wt.% of sodium mercaptobenzothiazole(I) and 0.1-0.90 wt.% of sodium hydroxide as a pH adjusting agent.
