PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a switching power supply and a fusion system to share a single AC power supply by installing a circuit which heats a heating element up to a desired temperature and in which an output is generated from the single AC power supply. SOLUTION: A switch is connected to a heating element Rf and to a rectifier D1 . A controller 113 receives the actual temperature of the heating element Rf together with the instruction of a desired temperature. The controller 113 generates an error signal, a switch is turned on or off by the signal, and the heating element Rf is heated up to the desired temperature. Another switch is connected to a transformer Rsp and to the rectifier D1 . An independent controller 213 turns on or off the second switch, and an output is generated from the secondary side of the transformer Rsp . The two controllers 113, 213 use a pulse-width modulation frequency which exceeds the resonance frequency of an inductor L and capacitors C1 , C2 . |
