PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing a polyurethane foam whereby the decrease in rigidity inside a molded article can be avoided and the deformation of or the splits occurring in the article just after demolded can be prevented. SOLUTION: This process is characterized in that in producing a polyurethane foam by impregnating continuously proceeding long-fiber bundles with a liq. resin compsn. comprising a polymeric diphenylmethane diisocynate, a polyol, and water and leading the impregnated bundles to a mold to foam and cure the compsn., the polymeric diphenylmethane diisocyanate used contains 55-75wt.% polyfunctional one. |
