PURPOSE: To reduce the overall size of an apparatus for sufficiently perform a kneading process and provide an apparatus having good maintainability. CONSTITUTION: This vacuum kneading and extrusion molding machine is composed of a deaerating chamber 3 to evacuate the space holding a processing object, a kneading and transporting apparatus 4 for the processing object transferred from the deaerating chamber 3 and a molding mechanism 5 to form and extrude the object. The kneading and transporting apparatus 4 is composed of a pair of transfer screws 17, 18 positioned at the front and rear parts in the transfer direction of the processing object A and a grinding and kneading mechanism 16 positioned between the transfer screws 17, 18. The grinding and kneading mechanism 16 is composed of plural sets of unit kneading mechanisms 20 each composed of a stationary disk 21 unable to rotate, a rotary disk 22 rotatable relative to the stationary disk 21 and a filter 23 placed between the disks 21 and 22. |
