The present invention relates to a magazine off-loader for B.G.A. integrated circuit package singlation system. In this system, a robot (3) that can move an X-Y axis vacuum picker (4) is provided to an off-loader (2) to selectively put singlated packages on the off-loader (2)'s normal and defective package trays (7), (8), and a sensor (5) for sorting normal and defective packages (14) is provided to the vacuum picker (4). This system further includes a tray member (6) having the normal and defective package trays (7, 8), and an empty tray (9), thus enhancing the working efficiency and facilitating sorting of packages.
