PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the handling amount of erasing information displayed on a subscreen linked with information displayed on a basic screen. SOLUTION: A CPU 10 of a central control unit 1 recognizes characters of image data of a document read in by an image scanner 5 through an OCR 6, displays the basic screen of the character-recognized document at a display part 3 in the form of a document, and displays data of the subscreen linked with the data on the basic screen on the display part 3 where the basic screen is displayed; when the data on the subscreen is erased, a batch erasing processing for the data on the subscreen is activated by operating an all-deletion key among function keys on a keyboard 4 for actuating respective functions. |
