PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draining device for boiled noodles capable of rapidly and certainly carrying out a draining operation without cooling the boiled noodles and sufficiently withstanding for long-term use without bringing drain water to be sucked into a blower. SOLUTION: This draining device for boiled noodles consists of a drain- and exhaust-pipe 2 connected to the bottom of a draining tank 1 in which a TEBO 54 can be freely inserted, a pipe 3 for jetting warm air connected to the upper part of the water tank 1 with turning a little downward, a blower 4 connected to the pipe 3 for jetting warm air through a warm air generator 5 and a sensor switch 7 attached to the draining tank 1 in order to operate the blower 4 when the insertion of the TEBO 54 is detected. |
