PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing device capable of providing high dispensing accuracy even in the case of discharging a minute quantity of sample in air and shortening a dispensing time. SOLUTION: The suction and discharge force of a sample is generated by a syringe pump 15, and the suction and discharge force is transmitted to a nozzle 1 sucking and discharging the sample through washing liquid. A pump controlling means supplies a drive signal prescribing a pump driving speed to the syringe pump 15, and at discharging the sample, it drives the syringe pump 15 following to a rectangular pump driving speed characteristic having steep speed change in the first transition and the last transition. At sucking the sample, an air layer is formed between the washing liquid and the sample. |
