SOLUTION: A piano-concave lens 211(P) and a piano-convex lens 211(Y) constitute an afocal optical system, and a rotational axis 212(P) pivots the piano-concave lens 211(P) so that it freely rotates in a plane vertical to the optical axis, while a rotational axis 212(Y) pivots the piano-convex lens 211(Y) so that it freely rotates in a plane vertical to the optical axis. Deflection detectors 214(P), 214(Y), an arithmetical operation part 220, driving circuits 230(P), 230(Y), and driving motors 213(P), 213(Y) drive to rotate the lens 211(P), 211(Y) for a hand shake correction.
