PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electrically conductive or insulating compsn. used as a photosensitive thick film material by dispersing a specified mixture in an org. vehicle contg. a specified polymer binder and a photoinitiator and incorporating a vinilpyrrolidone homo- or copolymer into the resultant dispersion. SOLUTION: Electrically conductive or dielectric solid fine particles having <202/g specific surface area and including 80wt.% particles each having 0.5-10μm size are mixed with fine powder of an inorg. binder having 325-875 deg.C glass transition temp. and <10m<2> /g specific surface area and including 90wt.%, particles each having 0.4-10μm size so that the weight ratio of the fine powder to the fine particles is regulated to 0.0001-0.25. The resultant mixture is dispersed in an org. vehicle consisting of an org. polymer binder having a mol.wt. of <50,000, a photoinitiator, a photosetting monomer and an org. medium. A vinilpyrrolidone homo- or copolymer is incorporated into the resultant diserpsion. |
