PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily find a portable information communication equipment body by automatically informing an operator that the portable information communication equipment is lost and of the position of the portable information communication equipment. SOLUTION: A track signal transmitting means 25 of the portable communication terminal 2 sends a track signal at constant intervals of time and a track signal receiving means 14 of the portable information communication equipment 1 receives the track signal and makes the portable communication terminal 2 sound through a radio data communication network 4 unless the, track signal is received for the specific time, thereby warning abnormality occurrence. A position measuring means 13 measures the position coordinates of itself when the track signal receiving means 14 can not receive the track signal for longer than the specific time, and sends the coordinates to a general computer 30 of a base station 2 together with a message of abnormality occurrence. A portable information communication equipment managing means 32 when receiving the message of abnormality occurrence from the portable type information communication equipment 1 sends the position coordinates of the portable information communication equipment 1 as position information to the portable communication terminal 2.
