The invention is an automatic blinking device of emergency indicator lamps which is activated by inertia being generated when an driver brakes suddenly. When a driver brakes the driver's body inclines forward on account of inertia. Because of this, a safety belt (2) is tightened from a upper anchor (4); a slider (10), which is formed on both ends of a support bar (6) by the safety belt, moves by a guide (18); wherefore, a pulling spring (12) is stretched and the support bar (6) reaches the position of a traveling metal piece(32); thereupon, by the travelling metal, an electrode panel (20) upward from the floor contacts with the end portion of a downward travelling-metal and thereby, the electrode panel is elastically upward, which makes current flow through the electrode panel, travelling metal, and a conductor (24) from a battery (22). As a result, an emergency lamp (40) lights up. When the inertia disappears or a driver releases the safety belt, the stretched spring recovers and a supporter (8) gets stretched and therefore, sliders formed at both ends of a support bar are moved by a guide. The electrode panel (20) upward from the floor near the support bar contacts the moving support bar; the upward travelling metal moves downward by a spring (34) separates from an electrode panel (20); and current is interrupted.
