<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the capacitor life by using an insulation fluid selected from cross linking compsn. composed of chemically inert liq. fillers, aliphatic ester, alkylbenzene, and polydienepolyol, polyisocyanate. SOLUTION: The aromatic ester most pref. uses dibutyl sebacate, the cross linking compsn. is pref. composed of polydienepolyol, polyisocyanate having a functional group and inert liq. filler 80wt.% of the compsn. The chemically inert liq. filler is pref. an aromatic ester, alkylphthalate or plant oil. The polyisocyanate is selectable among aromatic, aliphatic and alycyclic polyisocyanates, and polyisocyanate having isocyanurate ring having two isocyanate groups in a molecule. The polydienepolyether is a commercial polybutadiene hydroxide.</p> |
