The assembly structure of a side mirror for use of an automobile door is provided by the construction that an inner panel(3) having an installment of all functional parts of a chassis(6) and a door is welded with an outer panel(2), that on this state, an inmodule(A) having an adhesion of a trim(5) based on one body type is assembled, that one side part of the inner panel(3) is inserted into an aperture part(9) formed on the outer panel(2), the aperture part(9) being provided with an outdoor handle(8) fixed thereto through a medium of a bracket(7), that a sealing pad is interposed in the girth of this combined portion to maintain a sealing state between the outdoor handle(8) and the outer panel(2), and that the combined portion of the inmodule(A) is formed on a position directed more outwards than a seal(11) fixed onto a side part of the inner panel(3) and is formed as a pop riveting(12) which is one out of adhesion means, under a state based on an insertion of the sealing pad(10), wherein the inmodule(A) is formed in one body of the outer panel(2), the chassis(6), the inner panel(3) and the trim(5), whereby improving an assembly effect in a process of an assembly and providing a curtailment of expenses in an execution of an after-service.
