This invention relates to a composite exhaust gas water cooling cleaning system which can handle economically and effectively the harmful exhaust gas produced when incinerating waste. In the inventive system, the exhaust gas is introduced to a water cooling cleaning pipe (1)'s contact line, so a warm current is produced by turning speed component to significantly enhance the spraying efficiency. The space utility in the system can be maximized by an exhaust gas discharge pipe (7) whose inlet is placed toward a baffle (4) and a hopper (6), so that the water cooling and cleaning actions can be performed in a single system and the exhaust gas cleaning equipment can become small.
