The invention provides a process for preparing a glass fiber reinforcing polyethylene terephthalate resin composition, which is useful to electric insulation parts, car parts and other uses by mixing polyethylene terephthalate resin and talk, ethylene/metacrylic sodium, glass fiber etc.. That is, the invention relates to a resin composition which comprising adding small particle diameter and excellent dispersibility of inorganic nuclear agent and glass fiber reinforcing agent of constant size, and sodium, magnesium, zinc salt of carboxylic containing organic substance as itself or mixtures thereof, to known polyethylene terephthalate resin, and polyamide.
