摘要 |
(1) Pack the shaken out grape from selected stems with vinyl and then quick freeze it for 5 to 14 hours and at below -40 deg.C. After that store it in the cold storage warehouse at below -18 deg.C. (2) When it is necessary, remove the frozen grape packaging and thaw it with 5 to 25 deg.C of flowing water for 30 minutes to 2 hours then use it for product production after removing the skin and the kernel. (3) Or keep it frozen by storing at freezer with the temperature of below -18 deg.C after quick freezing it again at below -40 deg.C and for 5 to 14 hours.
