PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve animation pseudo contour in an AC type plasma display panel of multi-gradation display system by a sub-frame. SOLUTION: Operation constituting some sub-frame is performed by an address electrode driving circuit a102 (a), a display electrode driving circuit X1 of a code 106 (a), and a display electrode 105 (a) connected to a display electrode driving circuit Y104. Light emission is averaged and animation pseudo contour is dissolved by performing operation constituting some sub-frame being inverse to the above by an address electrode driving circuit a102 (b), a display electrode driving circuit X2 of a code 106 (b), and a display electrode 105 (b) connected to a display electrode driving circuit Y104, with timing being independent to this circuit. |
