发明名称 STRETCHABLE BLENDED NONWOVEN FABRIC AND ITS PRODUCTION
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a blended nonwoven fabric excellent in stretchability in one direction. SOLUTION: This nonwoven fabric is obtained by blending high-melting point polyester-based filament with low melting point polyester-based filament and accumulating the blend. The area in which high melting point filaments are mutually melted is provided in scattered pointlike state by softening or melting of a low melting point filament. The nonwoven fabric satisfies conditions comprising (i) >=150% breakage elongation in width direction of nonwoven fabric, (ii) 15 ratio of breaking elongation in width direction to breaking elongation in vertical direction of a nonwoven fabric, (iii) >=60% elongation recovery obtained when the nonwoven fabric the nonwoven fabric is elongated in 50% in the width direction and (iv) >=50% elongation recovery obtained when the nonwoven fabric is stretched by 100% in the width direction. Heat is partially applied to a fiber weave in which high melting point fiber and low melting filament are accumulated to provide a fiber fleece. The fiber fleece is spread in width direction and thermally drawn at a draw ratio of 10-80% and thermally set to provide the objective stretchable blended nonwoven fabric.
