Disclosed is a dubbing control apparatus which can dub by simply connecting two picture process tools. The dubbing control apparatus has a connector which can connect a 8mm camcoder to a VCR for fixation. The dubbing control apparatus dubs by inputting and outputting an image signal, a sound signal and a supply voltage through the connector. Thereby, users need not to purchase an expensive double deck type picture process tool for dubbing and the dubbing becomes very easy.
