The present invention pertains to a coaxial bushing filter (1) on a pi -circuit, comprising two cross-span capacitive elements and a ferromagnetic longitudinal element. The capacitive elements, which are in the form of a wirewound capacity, are mounted with the longitudinal element on a conductor of crossing span (7). Each electrode of the two cross-span elements is made of a metal foil (5), while the common counter electrode consists of a metal layer applied to a coating supporting foil (6) separated from the two metal foils (5) by a dielectric.
