PURPOSE: To provide a method for artificially culturing Cortinellus shiitake, capable of culturing the Cortinellus shiitake under the most suitable conditions for artificial bed logs, capable of increasing the yield of the Cortinellus shiitake over a year, and enabling the stable year-round culture of the Cortinellus shiitake. CONSTITUTION: In a method for artificially culturing Cortinellus shiitake by using artificial bed logs for the culture of the Cortinellus shiitake in an air- conditioned facility, the artificial bed logs are left under a breeze having a breeze speed of <=0.3m/sec for a constant time to reduce the changes in the weights of the bed logs to±<=0.5%/day and the changes in the temperature of the bed logs to±<2.5 deg.C/day, and simultaneously subjected to the culture of the Cortinellus shiitake. Since the unnecessary operation of an air conditioner is thus prevented on the culture of the Cortinellus shiitake, the load and running cost of the air conditioner can be reduced.
