The parking brake system drives a brake cable by installing an automatic transmission lever without using a conventional transmission. The system comprises a parking brake(30) braking wheels by actuating main bodies(60,70); an equalizer(50) distributing the operation power of a brake lever on each wheel when the parking brake(30) is at a parking position; the cable(45) connected to the equalizer(50); a transmission lever cable(40), parallel connected to the equalizer(50), supplying the braking force for the main bodies(60,70).
