摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system effective in a cost and for limiting a relative rotating speed between rotating members rotating differentially without using a device electrically controlled and actuated. SOLUTION: This hydromechanical system 20 is equipped with a casing 70 arranged in a housing 62 rotatably secured to a first rotating member 52. Working fluid is supplied to a reversible fluid pressure pump 72 in the casing 70 from a reservoir in the housing 62, to be delivered by the pump 72 in response to the relative rotation between the member 52 and a second rotating member 50. A piston assembly 96 is arranged in the casing 70, and is equipped with a guide member 98 and a chamber 102 arranged between a working member and the both members 52 and 50. The system 20 is equipped with a clutch 56 having plates 58 and 60 of first and second sets rotatably secured to both the members 52 and 50. A discharge passage 106 is extended while penetrating the working member to flow into the reservoir, and a spring member 108 elastically separates the working member and the clutch 56.</p>
