The humidity sense automatic cooking control method of a microwave oven comprises the steps of: starting an oscillation upon a start of an automatic cooking, presetting a humidity sensor, sensing a humidity value to set an initial reference value and after that, sensing the humidity value to renew the reference value so that the minimum value may be the reference value; setting a no-oscillation start plag, in case that the humidity value increases and accordingly, the difference with the reference value is more than the preset value and the, the humidity value becomes smaller than the reference value to be more than a preset; stopping the oscillation, in case that the no-oscillation star plat is set, and reoscillating if the preset no-oscillation time has lapsed; calculating the additional heating time to control the cooking completion according to the humidity sense time upto the following case, in case that the present humidity value increses through the above reference value renewing step and then the difference with the reference value becomes more than the threshold value.
