Disclosed is a device (1) for fixing insulating or tightening strips onto a solid support, consisting of a screw (5) and a large-surface plain washer (6), the screw (5) comprising a drilling tip (7) and a barrel of a bolt (9) at least partly threaded and a screw head (10). The plain washer has a central hole (21) into which the barrel of a bolt is introduced. The central hole (21) of the plain washer (6) connects with a tubular shoulder fitting (20) axially parallel to the barrel of a bolt to be inserted. Sections or portions of the shoulder fitting (20) engage, in the direction of the premounted support flange (6) and the plastically deforming screw, into the threaded portion (8) of the barrel of a bolt.
