The invention concerns a method of mixing a first fluid flow (17) with a second fluid flow (5) and a mixing device comprising at least one outlet diffusor (1) for a compressor (2) which compresses the first fluid flow (17). The first fluid flow (17) flows through the outlet diffusor (1) which has a feed line (3) for a second fluid flow (5) for flowing into the outlet diffusor (1). In a further configuration, the compressor (2) comprises a corresponding feed line (3). A preferred area of application of the invention is a stationary gas turbine plant in which waste heat is recovered. The invention in particular enables a closed outer wall (9) of the combustion chamber (7) to be cooled, such that the flue gases can be prevented from mixing with cooling air in the combustion chamber (7).
