The motor(14) which is installed at the lower part of the water tank(1) is driven, the rotary power is delivered through the motor pulley(16) and belt(18) to the rotary shaft(2), pulsator(3) and rotary member(5) rotate, fixed on the upper part of the rotary shaft. The operating member(5) moves upward or downward according to the rotary direction. The head(11) moves up to the top length, by the spring that is installed at the slant side, tilted to one side, applying the punching effect of the washing.
