The invention concerns a turning clamp for a cable, said clamp having an integral pipe clamp (1) which almost completely surrounds a pipe or a rod (2) of a contact line support point but leaving an elongate slit (3), a bracket (4, 5) being integrally formed at both sides of the elongate slit (3) and in each case comprising a through-bore (6, 7) for accommodating a clamping element (8). At least one lower holder element (10) is integrally formed on the underside of the pipe clamp (1) for detachably holding a further contact line part (11, 18), and integrally formed on the upper side of the pipe clamp (1) is at least one upper holder element (12) in which an extension element (15) is held by its lower end in a rotationally rigid manner. A clamp member (13) for cables is rotatably and detachably held at the upper end of the extension element (15).
