Heteroarylsubstituted derivatives 1,3-dioxolan-4-ylmethoxy- phenyl-1-piperazinylphenyl-2,4-dihydro-2-alkyl-3H-1,2,4-triazol- 3-one of general formula (I), wherein A and B are together bivalent residual of formula (c), (d), (e) or (f) are optionally one or two hydrogen atoms replaced by alkyls with C1-6; R1 is H, alkyl with C1-6 or halogen; R2 is H or halogen; R3 is H, alkyl with C1-8, cycloalkyl with C3-6 or alkyl with C1-8 substituted by hydroxyl, oxogroup, cycloalkyl with C3-6 or aryl; Het is heterocyclic residual further specified in the claims; and arylgroup is phenyl; optionally substituted by alkyl with C1-6 or halogen, their N-oxides, stereochemically isomeric forms and pharmaceutically suitable additive salts with acids; intermediates of general formula (III), wherein R1, R2 and Het have the said meaning and W is outgoing groupas halogen or sulphonyloxy and their additive salts with acids or stereochemically isomeric forms; method for preparation of the compositions of general formula (I) and pharmaceutical preparations based on them. Compositions of formula (I) are suitable for hyperlipidemy treatment.
