This invention concerns a device (2) for cyclical collection of sets of measurement values some of which influence the desired quality of the production, a model of the installation (12), which models an actual value for the current work quality from the sets of measurement values from the installation (1), and a device (3) to at least parameterize the installation model. This device contains a database (8) for storage of selected sets of measurement values (2) and associated characteristic values (4, 5) which are a measure of the quality of production of the installation (1). Through successive evaluation of the measurement values (2) and of the associated characteristic values, the database generates and/or optimizes the parameters of the installation model through iterative optimization. |
