An upper body(1) is formed by welding width-length brackets(16)(17)(18)(19) on plural movable side diamond-shaped angles(11)(12)(13)(14)(15) and also on both sides of the brackets(17)(17) located at the lower side, handles(20)(21) are bonded, wherein tripod frames(2)(3) contain fixing brackets(22)(23)(24)(25) where a scratch frame(4) is fixed therein in the lower part of the tripod frames(2)(3), rollers(26)(27)(28)(29) are attached and a scratch frame(4) is formed by cross bars(41)(42) fixed by a bolt and plural wires(43) welded at a regular interval.
