To ensure the safety of a user and a faster and more exact work, this device comprises the operator angle detection unit able to detect the rotary angle of a boom, arm, bucket, each operator and a swing motor, the A/D converter for conversion of the sensed angle signal and the joy stick signal from analogue signal to digital signal, the setting means for setting the operation area, the controller which controls the output value to move the operator, the D/A converter for conversion of digital signal of the controller to the analogue signal, and other means like the electronic sensitive pressure valve, the main control valve.
