Whether the terminating signal is being inputted or not from the telephone set(100) in the course of the work of the AV set(200) is discriminated, then if discriminated as it is being inputted, the mute action is executed. Next, whether the remote hook-off signal is being inputted or not from the remote controller(300) is discriminated, if it is discriminated to do so, the sending/receiving action is executed through the AV set(200) and the remote controller(300) by keeping the hook switch of the telephone set(100) off. Subsequently, after being discriminated if the remote hook-on signal is being inputted or not from the remote control(300), and discriminated to do so, then the sending/receiving work through the AV set(200) is stopped, the output of the audio signal becomes possible by releasing the mute action, and also plunges into the waiting state for reexecuting the sending/receiving action.
