JET DYEING ROTOR SYSTEM, JET DYEING METHOD AND DYEING GOODS USING IT

A dyeing apparatus and method is disclosed for dyeing the fabric at low cost representing a post-treatment effect such as multitone texture or stone washed finish in denim. The device comprises a rotor unit controlling rpm and having many overlaid radial disks; a dye tank supplying dye solution to the rotor unit; and a flow regulator and a control unit regulating the quantity of the dye flow. The dye is sprayed centrifugally onto the fabric; the centrifugal force and the dye quantity are controlled for securing the desired dyeing type and tone of the fabric. The system ensures desired dyeing type and tone by controlling the quantity of the dye flow.
