The case(50) which has the sealed up inner space on the upper part of the vibration member(10) is installed and the fluid is filled inside the case and the vibrator(60) is placed inside the charged fluid. Herein the vibrator by the guide bar and the elastic part is supported and the absorbing plate(70) that divides inside of the case into the first and the second cavity(X,Y) around the outside of the vibrator is installed and the first and the second guide hole(61a,61b) that the first and the second guide bars(80a,80b) passing through on the vibrator is formed. The first and the second elastic member(90a,90b) each on the upper and the lower is installed inside of the case and the top part of the vibrator.
