Disclosed is a round bar welding jig that prevents bead formation at the wrong location and prevents abnormal vibration and poor welding. The jig comprises a vertical support(42) on the upper surface(41) of base plate(40); an elevator(50) with a deep vertical through hole(51); an elevating bracket(43); a rotation clamp(60); a motor(46) with the reduction gear attached integrally within; a rotation guide(70) with a bearing that withstands both radial and axial loads; an idle clamp(80) with an insert(81) and shoulder(82) integrally formed that accommodates rotation guide(70); and a welding gun support(90) on the upper surface(41) of base plate(40).
