The invention is a water spray cleaner equipped with a vibration device which enables sufficient spouting pressure and amount without narrowing the sprouting hole's diameter, using a low pressure pump. The water spray cleaner comprises a vibration device(3), connected to a discharge pipe (2) near a lower spray pump (5), which is vibrated in accordance with the original system oscillation frequency and the vibration device (3) embedded in a casing (10) which is formed thick enough to link discharge pipes to suction perforated at one side and outlet perforated to upper part respectively. A vibrator (13) is inserted in to a magnetic part (16) at the lower end of the casing (10), sliding up and down, and its lower end coil (15) is linked to a sine wave generating circuit (17a) of the control circuit part (17) in the casing lower end. Supporting stand (14) joining the upper side of the vibrator and casing central side guides with a sliding movement.
