PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a writing implement to immediately correspond with the next writing by always oozing quick drying oil base ink in a penpoint in spite of interruption of writing work and maintaining its state. SOLUTION: The writing implement is constituted of the following structure. The inside of a vessel 3 forming the pen barrel of a felt pen-writing implement using quick drying oil base ink is divided into two parts of the upper step and the lower step. The part of the upper step is used for filling a fiber body impregnated with quick drying oil base ink. A separate chamber 5 is provided in the part of the lower step and the part of the upper step is interrupted by a cover 2 forming the top. The separate chamber 5 is filled with absolute ethanol 6 which is volatile liquid having volatility smaller than volatility of quick drying oil base ink. A felt rod 1 becoming the ink feeder of this writing implement penetrates the central part in the center of the fiber body 4 impregnated with quick drying oil base ink. The felt rod 1 penetrates the center of a cover forming the top of the above-mentioned separate chamber 5 and reaches the bottom 7 thereof. |
