PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of a device by automatically switching the monitoring control for a lighting device between an operation system and a standby system in any direction when abnormality occurs. SOLUTION: A lighting monitoring control device 11 of an airfield is so constructed that one of a pair of logic control parts 14a, 14b for conducting monitoring control for the lighting devices 221 to 22n is taken as an operation system, the other is taken as a standby system, and when abnormality occurs in the operation system, the standby system is changed to the operation system, and the operation system is changed to the standby system. In that case, there is provided a system switching device 15 where a normal/abnormal condition signal from each logic control part where the operation system or the standby system is specified and a select signal for each logic control part from a lighting operation table are respectively input, and when a condition signal from the operation system is changed to an abnormal signal, the operation system to and from the operation system is changed, and with the abnormal condition of the standby system recovered, in response to the select command for the standby system, the standby system from and to the operation system is changed. |
