PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability during a winter season by curing an acryl resin-based primer which is coated on a reinforcing surface and cured with a carbon fiber sheet which specifies the wet pickup of metsuke and ambient temperature curing resin in an integrated state. SOLUTION: In the case when a concrete structure is to be reinforced, a primer mainly composed of acryl based-resin, such as a methyl alochol linking reactive resin is coated on a reinforcing surface and cured. Then, before and or after a carbon fiber sheet is pasted on the reinforcing surface, ambient temperature curing resin, such as urethane modified vinyl ester resin is impregnated in the carbon fiber sheet so that it may be cured, integrating the carbon fiber sheet with the primer. The carbon fiber sheet specifies the METUKE of the carbon fiber to exceed 200g/cm<2> and over and the amount of impregnated resin is specified to be 15 weight percentage and below. This construction makes it possible to increase bonding strength between the concrete surface and the fiber sheet and separation strength even when it is constructed under low temperature and wetting conditions. |
