PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for taking up or winding up a wire member, which enable higher quality of wound conditions of a wire member, alleviation of their technical difficulties, rationalization of their workability and reduction of their costs. SOLUTION: A wire member 38 is at first wound around two feed bobbins 36 and 37 in separation. A part of the wire member 38 stretched over between both feed bobbins 36 and 37 is used as a winding-start part 39. The wire member 38 is rewound alternately from the feed bobbins 36 and 37 around a core member 41 in multiple layers. In such a winding method, one feed bobbin rotates while being connected with the core member 41 in tandem, and the other feed bobbin traverses in parallel with the core member 41. |
