<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry in and out a small quantity by combining an electronic label with an automated storage and retrieval system and instructing a worker to keep or carry out one box or some single article. SOLUTION: The lighting of the lamp 141 of the electronic label 14 gives instructions to carry in and out an assigned custody box 13 of an electronic label 14 and carry-in and-out data are indicated by the indication liquid crystal 143 of the electronic label 14. The custody box 13 is made by one space in a box or the space in the box divided into several lattices by partition plate. By the adoption of the electronic label 14 and the partition plate of the custody box 13, an automated storage and retrieval system can carry in and out the box or single part as an unit and when a worker inputs necessary data in a computer, a carry-in and -out program sends the custody box 13 required in the automated storage and retrieval system to a fixed station 12 and also the electronic label 14 indicates the carry-in and -out data. The worker moves pushingly an appointed truck or purchased article to each station 12 and the article is carried in or out by instructions on the electronic label 14 of the upside of the custody box 13.</p> |
