<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windmill for wind power generation to change a direction so that intake of wind is effected according to a wind direction. SOLUTION: A windmill for wind power generation comprises a fixed shaft 3 securely arranged; a casing 13 rotatably supported on the fixed shaft 3 and provided with an intake port 15 and a discharge port 17 for wind and extending in a vertical direction ; a wind resistance plate 19 attached to the casing 13 and extending on the extension line of the intake port 15; an impeller 5 arranged in the casing 13 and rotatably supported on the fixed shaft 3 and provided with a plurality of vanes 7; and a pulley 9 fixed at the impeller 5 and serving as a rotation force transmission member to transmit a rotation force to a generator.</p> |
