发明名称 METHOD FOR TEMPERING METALLIC MATERIAL AND TERMINAL PIN FOR CONNECTION
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the excess raising of temp. in a metallic material and to uniformize the hardening after tempering by blowing gas at the upstream position from irradiating position of high energy beam in the tempering of a metallic material. SOLUTION: While rotating the bar-like metallic material 21 by holding with a scroll chuck 22, the place outputting the laser beam 27 is shifted in the drawing-out direction. The laser beam 27 irradiates the metallic material 21 as spiral state. The laser beam 27 alternately outputs the high energy for executing the tempering and the low energy so as not to develop the self-cooling. In addition to this operation, the gas of the air, etc., is spouted to the metallic material 21 while centering the outputting position where the laser beam 27 shifts as the following, to restrain the excess raising of the temp. of the metallic material 21. Further, since the temp. of the metallic material 21 can be kept so as not the develop the quenching by self-cooling, the condition of the tempering is stabilized and the hardness of the metallic material 21 after tempering can be uniformized.
