In the cavity structure of a industrial HF(High Frequency) heater in which raw rubber etc. is put into a cavity(10) inside and HF is irradiated to perform the heating, the structure is constructed by forming the cavity(10) whose both side plates(13) are folded from a constant height to an inner side, wherein the cavity(10) is provided with a roller conveyer(20) installed in an internal bottom thereof, for moving the heated object; a plural number of small size magnetrons(60) set to a tube waveguide(70) on top of a cavity upper plate(12), based on a lowering output, arrayed and installed uniformly throughout the length and breadth; a radio wave dispersing device(80) connected through the tube waveguide(70) of the small size magnetron(60) in a lower face of the cavity upper plate(12); and a door(11) set in front and in back of the cavity(10), for the sake of an entering and outgoing of the heated object, thereby enabling to heat the heated object uniformly through an enlarged energy distribution and dropping the manufacturing and repair expenses.
