<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling method of a variable capacity turbocharger, in which the throat areas among respective nozzle vanes can be equalized. SOLUTION: An assembling method is composed of a process in which nozzle vanes 4 are held into the contact full closing state or into the full opening state, and the phase of a unison ring 8 in relation to a plate 42 is fixed, and a process in which ncosle vane shafts 5 and arms 6 are fixed by welding. Since the nozzle vane shafts 5 and the arms 6 can be welded while the nozzle vanes 4 are fixed to the reference positions without being hung and dangled in midair, the throat areas among respective nozzle vanes can be equalized.</p> |
