PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the positional dislocation of a heater and to improve installation work efficiency and reliability by a method in which the projection of a conical base is formed in the bottom part of a treatment tank, recessions are formed in side wall of the projection, and the heater is fixed by fixing members which engage with the recessions. SOLUTION: The projection 15 of a conical base which protrudes toward an upper part is formed in the central part of the inner bottom surface of a treatment tank 12 which is buried underground. Recessions are formed in the bottom part of the side wall of the projection 15. Fixing members 25 are formed from a heat resistant resin and made to contact a positioning member 26 formed in the second aeration tube 23, and the distance between the fixing members 25 is positioned. The tube 20 and a heater 23 are fixed at a distance from each other. Moreover, the fixing members 25 are engaged with the recessions formed on the side wall of the projection 15 for positioning the tube 20 and the heater 23 rotatably to the projection 15. By positioning the tube 20 and the heater 23 by turning somewhat, they can be installed without positional dislocation.
|
